What type of digital images do you accept?

We accept .psd, .tif, .jpg images. If you have a different type of image, please contact us before sending the image.

What size image do you need?

If you do not have the image in the correct size, please do NOT resize the image yourself unless you really understand how it works. We will do that for you. If we can not (ie. the image size is too small for us to adjust and still get great results) we will contact you and discuss the options. Send us the largest image size that you have available that has NOT been enlarged with software. We prefer to have a file that is 300 ppi at size. The size is the size of the tile for the product that you are ordering. If you have any specific questions about the size of the artwork, please contact us.

How do I mail my photograph, negative, or slide to you?

Your credit card information (Master Card, Visa, American Express - number, expiration date, name on the card, and the 3 digit code from the back)
An explanation of what you want to order

As soon as we receive your picture, we will let you know we have it and confirm all the information.

Will I get my photograph, negative or slide back?

Yes, we use your original to scan only. Your original is not damaged in any way and will be returned to you with your order.

I have a photograph from a professional photographer, can I use that?

Maybe. Photographs from professional photographers fall under copyright law. We must have a written release from the photographer giving us permission to copy and reproduce their photograph. We are happy to work with you to obtain the release from the photographer - but ultimately, they have the choice to say yes or no.

What are the best pictures to use to make a nice item?

You want to choose images that are IN FOCUS and have a simple background.
