How long will my order take?

From the time we receive your complete order, including the artwork, it takes 6 - 10 business days to ship then there is shipping time. We prefer to ship UPS ground. If you need your item faster, let us know - we can usually accommodate you.

I want to pay by a personal check, will you accept that form of payment?

Yes, however, it will delay the shipment of your product. Unfortunately, due to past experience, we must hold the product until the check clears.

How do I pay by personal check?

If you are mailing us your image, then mail the check with the image. If you have a digital image, then call us at 866-913-8625 and we'll walk you through how to get us your digital image and your check.

What is your return policy?

For any item that is custom made, we do not accept returns. If a product is damaged in transit, we will of course repair or replace the damage. Please be sure to keep all your packaging materials as we will need them to make a claim with UPS.

If I order online using a photograph (not digital), how does this work?

When you order online, indicate on the item you are ordering “photograph” instead of “digital image”. Then, mail your original to Artistic Oasis; 123 S. Eastwood Drive #107; Woodstock, IL 60098. In the mailing be sure to include your name and contact information. We will also contact you when we receive your order to make sure we get your hard copy picture.

When I order online, how do I include my digital image?

When you order an item online using your own image, there will be a place on the order form for you to select that you are using a “digital image”. Once you select “digital image” the screen will allow you to browse your hard drive and select the image you want to upload. We’ll get the image with your order.
